Podacsts can be used in many different ways in the classroom. One way could be for the teacher to make a podcast for their students. This could be done for many different purposes. A teacher could make podcast at the beginning of each unit and can explain and go over what they will be learning in this unit. That could be useful for a few reasons, one is that this way the students can go back and listen to it if they need help.
Students could also use podcasts to interact with their classmates. Lets say you break students up into groups and they all research one topic. Then as a group, they can make a podcast sharing the information that they found and then the students can listen to eachothers podacsts.
Lastly, podcasts can be used as a way of feedback. At the end of the year or a unit, they students can make a podcast explaning what grade they think they deserve and why and send that to the teacher. I feel like that would be a big hit with students because they would be able to explain themselves!
There are a plethera of different ways podcasts can be used in the classroom those were just a few I came up with!
